Enquiry regarding treatment for pancreatic disorders in children

Dear Parents, Dear Referring Colleagues,

Thank you for your inquiry to our Center for Pediatric Pancreatic Diseases. We will arrange all necessary appointments for your treatment as soon as possible. You can assist us by sending us the relevant documents in advance.

When contacting the Center for Pediatric Pancreatic Diseases for the first time or bringing your child in for their initial visit, please submit your inquiry and documents via the email address provided or by mail.

List of required or additionally requested data:

  • Copies of medical reports, doctors’ letters and laboratory results
  • An original CD containing the latest imaging (CT or MRI/MRCP) or, alternatively, the QR code or access details for these examinations, which were provided to you by the radiology team
  • A referral letter from your GP
  • A brief, informal letter outlining your concerns and describing your symptoms
