In recent years, robot-assisted surgery with the daVinci® system has opened up new dimensions of operating for us and has now become a permanent fixture in our operating rooms.
The added value of surgery with the daVinci lies in the reduced strain on patients due to smaller incisions, as well as in the excellent overview of the operating field for the surgeons.
